This makes trouble-free, fully automated further processing possible and guarantees an extremely long useful life in operation. Round braided copper flexibles are used above all as shunt wires for carbon brushes and for switches with high switching cycles.
Highly Flexible Square Highly flexible square braids constitute a specialty. They stand out with their increased flexibility and thus make exact positioning under fully automated further processing possible, and thus a consistently high accuracy of the weld joints. They also require less installation space than round stranded conductors. Braided Copper Tapes-
Braided copper tapes are braided into a tube followed by a flattening process. They serve primarily earthing purposes and are used as so-called earthing straps. Yet they also perform their function in numerous electrical components. All types can be supplied in non-rolled form, as multiple tubes and for screening.

We offer a special service to our customers: Upon request we will cut tapes, strands and braids to length and fit them with connectors of your choice (ring and screw lugs, contact terminals, end sleeves etc.). The ends can also be compacted and resistance welded.
